"Do you do free estimates?"
YES! Please give us a call or email and we would be more than happy to come out to your location and give you the best recommendation we have for your business. We will help you keep inside your budget and give you a free estimate.
"Do you make Carved house numbers?"
No. We do not. We work with all commercial & Small business owners but we do not do small home owner signs.
We can offer a similar product in a reasonable production time, a PVC Oval sanded and painted edges with 3m Outdoor Vinyl Lettering and UV laminated to ensure protection from weather conditions.
"Will you pull permits?"
Yes! We will apply for sign permits for a charge of $200 plus the cost of the permit.
"Do you sell the tall flags that stick in the ground?"
Yes! They are called swooper flags they stand 11 ft tall, we sell them in standard designs and custom designs too!
**THEY ARE CURRENTLY ILLEGAL IN YARMOUTH ...we can sell them to you but we can NOT promise the town will not have a problem with it and that you could possible be fined or asked to take it down.**
"Do we travel out of cape cod?"
Yes! We do, we charge travel time so $100 an hour
1 year- Material & labor
5 years material - You will be responsible to pay for labor of removal & replacement of materials at our shops hourly rate at time of warranty.
We do not warranty installation of materials on customer supplied graphics.
After 1 year manufacturer warranty applies.
However, you will be responsible to pay for all costs for the removal of failed graphics and replacement with new graphics at our shop hourly rate at the time of claim; including but not limited to time for cutting or contour cutting and all time needed to manufacture the new graphics from raw material including computer time, Shop supply costs, contour cutting, weeding, taping, removal of graphics and cleaning of substrate.
Any Sale less then $300 total invoice must be paid in full upon placing the order.
On any sale above $300 Total invoice, a 50% deposit is required to place the order. The Balance due must be paid in full prior to receiving or picking up the item or service.
On installations we require full payment prior to beginning the install.
Either pay in full prior to the install date, or give payment to the sign tech upon arrival, prior to the installation.
If we arrive to the install site and the final payment is not available, we will reschedule the install date and charge you an additional $200 for our time for the attempted install/ delivery
Service Calls
A $125 Service call free must be paid prior to the sign tech inspecting the sign or doing any work.
This is a custom sign company. Each product is specific to the client therefore
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
We accept: Cash, Check, & all major Credit Cards
We can not be responsible to replace customer supplied goods that may be damaged or misprinted during the production process. Although we do our best on every job, mistakes do happen. If we supply the goods, no problem.
If you bring in an item or material we will NOT replace or pay for any damage done to them.
